Why do we make plans to have a few drinks with our friends?
Why do we make plans to have a dinner and see a movie with our significant other?
Why do any of us get out there, kick back, and relax?
It's simple: our sanity!
In my opinion, it is not healthy to be cooped up inside for a long period of time. You need to clear your mind, see the world, get some fresh air, and experience new things!
Get those endorphins to release!
You'll instantly feel a bit calmer and at ease once you allow your body to experience some fun. :-)
So, I encourage you to go out. First and foremost, be responsible, always. Laugh until your stomach aches, smile a lot until your checks hurt, and create memories!
Yeah...I need to do more of that. LOL. I've always had difficulty with it, ya know?
