When you do someone a favor, do not throw
it back in their face. In fact, if you’re
going to do that, then you might as well stop lending a hand.
Favors are done out of the kindness of
our hearts; we don’t force you in any way to help.
If at any point you are going to
complain, whether it’s a week after or a year later, you’re showing your true
colors – and they aren’t pretty.
I’ve dealt with this plenty of times; it’s
frustrating and upsetting. How can you
expect anyone to ever look at you the same again when you’ve shown a completely
different side of you that we haven’t seen before?
Just remember, how you treat others is
what you get back in return.
